What's included: - Private indoor party room with refrigerator/freezer, tables and chairs - Basic table cloths, napkins, plates, and cutlery - Private party host - Guided meet-and-greet with horse, potbelly pig, mini chickens, and bearded dragon - Drinking water and paper cups - Party clean up
How it works: Your private party host will guide your group on a meet-and-greet with the animals at Simple Life Ranch. This walking tour begins 15 minutes after the party's start time and lasts about 60 minutes. Once the meet-and-greets have ended, ranch guests will not return to the animal spaces. The remaining 45 minutes will be in the private party barn.
Food/drinks/decorations: You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, table decorations, and balloons, or these can be purchased in one of our many convenient add-on packages. Please no decorations taped, tied, or stapled onto the walls or ceiling.
Good to know: Parking is limited to 10 vehicles total. All guests at the ranch must wear closed-toe athletic shoes. Children of all ages must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian, regardless of their participation. Parents must remain with their children at all times.
Cancellations/Refunds: All party bookings are non-refundable. Your event can be rescheduled once, for a date within 30 days of your original booking date, but a $100 re-booking fee will apply. Food and balloon add-ons are refundable if your cancellation or reschedule is made more than 72 hours in advance.
Liability Waivers: Everyone in your group must sign a waiver. Many mobile phones do not have service at the ranch, so please direct guests tothis link to sign before they arrive.
** Grand Opening Discount Codes ** In order to claim a grand opening discount code, your party and guests must agree to a photo/video releaseauthorizing Simple Life Ranch to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute party photos/videos for legal marketing purposes.
